How billing works

1. Free trial. Calls from your city’s site forward to you for free, for at least 7 days. No card, nothing charged.
2. Your offer. Once your line has had real calls, we email you an offer with your trial’s call numbers, your line’s monthly call minimum and the date by which to decide. If 30 days pass with no real calls, the trial ends at no cost.
3. Secure payment. To keep the line, you pay by card through a secure Stripe payment link we email you. We never see or store full card numbers.
4. Monthly subscription. The flat fee is charged in advance, in US dollars, on your start date and on the same date each month. Month to month, no setup fee, no contract.
5. Monthly call report. Every month you get a report by email with every call, whether it counted as a real call, and the guarantee check.

Ring-or-Refund, in plain words

If your line gets fewer real calls in a service month than the minimum in your offer, 100% of that month goes back to your card within 5 business days after the month closes. You don’t have to ask. A real call is a unique caller who talked with you for 30 seconds or more (or waited 30+ seconds if you missed it); spam, sales calls, wrong numbers, job seekers and blocked numbers don’t count. Cancel anytime

Reply “cancel” to any of our emails or write to hello@phonesthatring.com. You won’t be charged again. Your current paid month runs to its end.

What we don’t charge for

• No setup fee and no cancellation fee.
• No commission or percentage of your jobs.
• No per-call fees on the monthly plans.
