What we collect

From businesses that sign up: name, business name, mobile number, email, city and trade, and a record of their consent (date, time, IP address, browser and the exact text they agreed to). From calls through our numbers: caller number, date, time, duration and approximate city. We don't record calls.

How we use it

To connect customers with the business, send new-customer alerts, email the business missed-call alerts and a monthly call report, send offers only to people who gave written consent, comply with the law and prevent abuse.

Text messages (SMS)

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the providers that operate the service (such as our telephony provider) and when required by law. Frequency: customer alerts (one per call) and up to 4 offers per month if you agreed to them. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.

Who we share with

Service providers that help us operate (telephony and web hosting) under confidentiality obligations, and authorities when required by law. A call's log is visible only to the business that received that call.

Retention and your choices

We keep consent records as long as needed to prove legal compliance. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing hello@phonesthatring.com.
