# PhonesThatRing.com

> PhonesThatRing.com builds and runs local home-service websites (in English and Spanish) and forwards the phone calls they generate to one local contractor per trade, per city. It is a referral and marketing service for contractors, not a contractor. Its Spanish-language sister brand is ClientesQueLlaman.com.

## What we sell and to whom
- Product: an exclusive "call line": every phone call from one of our local service websites for one trade in one city is forwarded to one contractor's phone.
- Customers: home-service contractors and business owners (plumbing, air conditioning, garage doors, water heaters, electrical). For trades that need a state license, a current license is verified before a trial starts.
- Calls only: no web forms, no shared lead lists. Calls are not recorded. A short whisper ("press 1") tells the contractor the call came from our site.
- Included: missed-call alert by email with the caller's number, monthly call report by email. Text-message alerts only for contractors who opt in, and only after carrier (10DLC) approval; texting is not active yet.
- Homeowners: we do not perform repairs or set prices; the independent contractor does the work.

## Pricing and billing
- Free trial first: no card, no charge, at least 7 days. A paid offer is only made once the line has had real calls. A trial with no real calls ends after 30 days at no cost.
- Founding Partner plan: $497 per month, flat, month to month, no setup fee, no contract. The price stays locked while the subscription stays active. Planned standard price for later partners: $697 per month.
- Payment: by card through Stripe, billed monthly in advance in USD. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Ring-or-Refund Guarantee: if a line gets fewer real calls in a service month than the minimum written in the contractor's offer, 100% of that month is refunded to the card automatically, within 5 business days after the month closes.
- Cancel anytime by replying "cancel" to any of our emails or by writing to hello@phonesthatring.com. No further charges; the current paid month runs to its end.
